Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Policy team as a Policy Specialist. In this role, you'll develop and implement policies for a global advertising supply-side platform. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of policy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address policy gaps and inconsistencies.
- Research and analyze complex data to inform policy decisions and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, public policy).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in policy development, implementation, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex data and systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
