Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assessing, researching, analyzing, and documenting SAP HR business and systems needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with IT and assigned business line(s) to identify and resolve business systems issues.
  2. Assess, research, analyze, and document sponsor/stakeholder needs.
  3. Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs.
  4. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of Requirements and Acceptance phases of projects.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll including modules PA, PD, Benefits, Retirement & Savings, Security, Compensation, Employee and Manager Self-Serve Tools.
  • 5+ years experience in an SAP HR Payroll functional analyst role.
  • Strong coordination skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with third party vendors.
