We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity to work with our clients across various industries, implementing and maintaining SAP systems for payroll processing. As an SAP Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and auditing of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform testing and auditing of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain SAP systems for payroll processing, including configuration and customization.
- Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate payroll processing functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues related to payroll processing.
- Analyze industry best practices to recommend improvements to methodology, test environments, and workflow.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM.
- Payroll knowledge of wage and hour payroll practices.
- Experience in various Infotypes in PA30, personnel actions using PA40, and payroll process.
- Ability to work with integration functionality between Payroll and Finance postings.
- Strong knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.
- Experience utilizing testing software such as HPALM and xRAY.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
