Job Summary

Olie's Repair is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage training and development strategies, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
