Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a starting hourly wage of $15.55 per hour, with opportunities for guaranteed wage progression. Additionally, we offer extended health and dental benefits, as well as opportunities for advancement.
Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be required to track packages, run reports, and maintain accurate records.
You'll work closely with our dispatch team to ensure seamless operations and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong oral and written communication skills. You'll also require knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A valid driver's license is not required for this position.
