Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Embauche HR Services Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
