Lead a High-Performing Team at Lenovo

Lenovo, a global technology leader, is seeking a seasoned professional to manage a high-performing team focused on program delivery, business analysis, and operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive innovation and excellence in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to deliver business results and drive growth.
  • Implement innovative program management techniques to enhance project delivery efficiency and ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including NA Strategy Office, NA business management, product management, NA sales operations, and SMB sales leaders, to ensure alignment and consistent engagement across all initiatives.
  • Interact regularly with senior leadership and their staff to present business updates, strategy communications, and project recaps, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance sales data tracking and accelerate team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or program management within the SMB segment at a large hardware technology company.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in program management methodologies, including agile project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging with senior executives.
