As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Director, Disability Management. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing a comprehensive AI governance framework that ensures the responsible development and deployment of AI projects, tools, offerings, and other AI-related initiatives across Lenovo.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a strategic plan for the Chief AI Office as it relates to AI Governance. This will involve collaborating with key functional and business stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive, efficient AI governance framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and best practices suitable for a global technology company. Additionally, the candidate will provide leadership for the Lenovo AI Committee, staffed with applicable subject matter experts, to review and approve baseline responsible AI standards and review high-risk AI initiatives to identify potential ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI use in line with Lenovo's overall risk appetite.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a strong understanding of ethical considerations and potential risks associated with AI. They will also need to have experience managing complex projects which are often cross-functional, demonstrating exceptional business judgment, utilizing emotional intelligence, and building relationships at all levels of the company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, managing both up and down, and will have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently.
