Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in supervising people.
- Proficiency in Electronic mail, MS Office, and MS Word.
- Ability to multitask, adaptability, and being a team player.
Work Environment
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
