As a seasoned Sales Director, you will lead our senior leadership team at Keeran Networks, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team in Edmonton, AB.

We are a national Managed Service & Security Provider specializing in delivering strategic IT solutions to small- to- medium-sized businesses through CIO Advisory, Cybersecurity, and AI / Automation expertise.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate business strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans, hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they hit individual and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts and align sales and marketing goals.
- Analyze sales data, adjust tactics accordingly, and provide insights to enhance overall performance.
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or managed services industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team.
- A strong understanding of sales forecasting, revenue projection, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and using it to inform decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Able to navigate challenges with creative problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to market changes and evolving business needs.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.
- A commission structure tied to sales and revenue targets.

Salary Details
The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
