This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing full P&L performance for the Alberta region, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of full P&L performance for the Alberta region
  • Management of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Development and execution of regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Collaboration with outside sales to identify new business opportunities and achieve expansion goals
  • Talent acquisition and retention to build and maintain a motivated workforce
  • Formulation and implementation of strategic growth plans for Alberta, including market expansion and operational development
  • Analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to maintain market leadership

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
  • ~3-5 years of leadership experience in fasteners, industrial supplies, or similar industries
  • Proven expertise in managing regional operations with full P&L accountability
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Lead by example with a structured, data-driven sales approach, ensuring adherence to best practices in business development, lead generation, and customer management
