About the Role

Crew Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
