R.S.S. Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Office, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, and reliability.
The successful candidate will work in an urban area with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
