We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Color Compass Corporation. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Manage and process accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Urban area with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
