Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - French Language, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, working collaboratively with our team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using excellent French and English communication skills.
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to research products, services, and solutions, and document customer interactions and results.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify customer needs and provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure you meet key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be able to work flexible hours as business needs may change.
  • You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience and understand the value of coaching and feedback.
  • You must have experience troubleshooting issues and understand the importance of owning the resolution for the customer.
  • You must demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature in every interaction, with utmost confidence and urgency.
  • You must be computer savvy, comfortable sitting at a desk, and working with multiple monitors.
  • You must be results-oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions.
  • You must have excellent French and English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You must be comfortable working from home and have a suitable space with a hard-wired internet connection.
