As the Customer Support Specialist at 7shifts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will assist clients via various communication channels, guiding them to maximize their use of 7shifts and help grow their business through personalized support. By being the initial point of contact for clients, you will contribute significantly to 7shifts' mission of becoming the premier team management platform for restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Provide comprehensive product training to clients, creating materials to assist them in utilizing 7shifts effectively
  • Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from the product and offer solutions to their challenges
  • Track client requests and report software bugs to the relevant teams
  • Collaborate with the Support team through active participation in meetings

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with web and mobile apps troubleshooting
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new features
  • Curiosity and willingness to take on challenges
  • Empathy and customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS customer support
  • Knowledge of US Payroll software
  • Background in the restaurant industry
  • Language fluency in Spanish or French
