Requirements

To be successful as a Technical Support Specialist, you'll need:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of coaching and feedback
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and owning the resolution for customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and comfort working with multiple monitors
  • Results-oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions
