Requirements
To be successful as a Technical Support Specialist, you'll need:
- At least 18 years of age
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of coaching and feedback
- Experience troubleshooting issues and owning the resolution for customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and comfort working with multiple monitors
- Results-oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions
