We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to support the evaluation, response, and project management of all RFP/I/Qs for Docebo's Global Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of RFx responses, including risk evaluation, project planning, and quality control.
- Collaborate with internal business units and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective RFx submissions.
- Develop and maintain a global knowledge repository to support RFx development and customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey Docebo's value proposition.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to prioritize tasks and manage multiple RFx projects.
- 3+ years of experience in bid/proposal development or a related role.
- Experience working in the tech/SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of marketing and business development best practices.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong sales aptitude and instinct, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects and partners.
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
