About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain open communication with the Customer Experience team to ensure all key issues are addressed
  • Liaise with courier and warehouse partners to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of orders
  • Communicate and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
