About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions and provide information about our products
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Respond to post-sale customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain open communication with the Customer Experience team to ensure that all key issues are addressed
  • Liaise with courier and warehouse partners to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of orders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
  • Skilled at working with all types of customer personalities and understanding customer needs
  • Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications
  • Ability to work independently and within the team
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
