Customer Experience Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and provide information about our products
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
- Respond to post-sale customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain open communication with the Customer Experience team to ensure that all key issues are addressed
- Liaise with courier and warehouse partners to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of orders
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
- Skilled at working with all types of customer personalities and understanding customer needs
- Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
