Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at FMI National Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality of service.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Supervise staff and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.
Supervision:

The Restaurant Manager will supervise a team of 16-20 staff members.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The role will also require physical stamina to manage the restaurant and staff.
