About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage access control systems, including access cards and computer systems
  • Monitor camera surveillance systems and respond to incidents as needed
  • Greet customers and register visitors, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Act as a first responder in emergency situations, providing critical support and assistance
  • Process inbound and outbound trucks on the weight scale, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid security guard license and first aid certification
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • A clear criminal background and eligibility to work in Canada
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
