Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful program delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community groups, to build relationships and secure funding
- Manage budgets, financial resources, and human resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Represent the organization in various forums, including meetings, conferences, and public events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization
- Proven track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and program management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays
