Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for clinically selling our da Vinci Surgical System to maximize its utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive robot utilization
  • Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications
  • Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption
  • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Drive the sales of instruments and accessories
  • Manage administrative tasks, including sales activities and expense reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred
  • Ambition and exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
What We Offer

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits, and equity. The on-target earnings for this position are $153,000.
