Job Summary

The Clinical Sales Associate will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our da Vinci Surgical System across various surgical specialties. This role will require collaboration with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that maximizes system utilization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, preferably in the medical device industry, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding user bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive da Vinci Surgical System adoption
  • Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption
  • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Drive the sales of instruments and accessories
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred
  • Ambition and exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits, and equity. The on-target earnings for this position are listed.
