Project Accounting Specialist

The Financial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects within Johnson Controls. This includes ensuring accurate budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis to support project success.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and accounts payable/receivable management.
- Analyze project financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, customers, and vendors.
- Provide financial guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Office environment with occasional travel required.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
