Job Title: Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at Kalsi Auto Collision 2005 Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial statements, preparing budget reports, and performing month-end closings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, including calculation and preparation of cheques.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a regular basis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Compensation and Benefits:
