Document Control Specialist

Job Summary
Victor Energy is seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to support Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects in Canada. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, lead document control efforts, and collaborate with corporate stakeholders, project teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a digital document management system, ensuring timely and accurate coding and filing of project documentation.
- Monitor and report on system deficiencies and issues.
Document Control Operations
- Assist team members with document location, control-related questions, and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage formal communications with external stakeholders.
- Provide system user support and training.
Document Control Processes and Procedures
- Support the development, standardization, and operational execution of document control processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on document control processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control, supporting construction projects.
- Experience with maintaining a digital document management system.
- College or University Diploma/Degree in Administration, Information Management, or Records Management preferred.
