We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Officer to join our team at the University of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our College of Arts and Science advancement team, you will play a critical role in securing philanthropic support for our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors and alumni, with a focus on securing major gifts to support college priorities and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with college advancement colleagues and University Relations staff to ensure alignment with institutional policies and guidelines.
- Establish and promote the university as a leader in donor-centered fundraising.
- Contribute to creating a university environment that is engaged with and inspired by the philanthropic work undertaken by the College of Arts and Science.
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant training and experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in fundraising or a closely related discipline, preferably in a higher education or complex environment.
- Demonstrated success in goal and priority setting, building and managing collaborative relationships, and managing multiple projects.
The University of Saskatchewan offers a competitive salary range of $67,681.00 - 105,753.00 per annum, commensurate with education and experience. We also offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
