We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing administrative procedures, and overseeing the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Administering policies and procedures related to record release and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience an asset;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
  • Fast-paced environment;
