About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Professional Services team, specializing in Client Implementations. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop customized web-GIS applications for clients using cutting-edge technologies such as Esri mapping and VertiGIS Studio tools.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web-GIS applications for clients on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Extend the ArcGIS Platform using the VertiGIS Studio products framework
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients worldwide
  • Perform server/network administration and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with a development team through the project lifecycle
  • Create clear and functional tests
Requirements
  • Knowledge of C#,.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and IIS
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding of web hosting and content delivery (HTTP)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of development experience
  • Exposure and familiarity with GIS concepts
  • Experience with the ArcGIS Platform (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Javascript API, Web AppBuilder, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure), networking, and security best practices
