Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a software or technology company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
