Job Opportunity:

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Recruitment Assistant to support their team. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate appointments and manage schedules.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with filling templates and responding to inquiries.
  • Track and update records in a system.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a similar role or recruitment, with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is also crucial.
