Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join their team. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for booking and managing appointments, performing data entry, filling templates, responding to email inquiries, tracking and updating records in a system, and performing ad hoc duties as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings
  • Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Prepare and distribute documents and reports
  • Respond to email inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or recruitment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong data entry skills
