Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Volkswagen Financial Services Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Advocacy department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer experience goals
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer experience and service
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction through customer-centric strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
