About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at the Canadian Immigration Centre Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Office Operations
    • Establish and maintain office procedures and protocols
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative tasks
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution
    • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Monitor and evaluate office operations and procedures
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment
    • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
