Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at PALM & PINE INDIAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently


Requirements:


  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or in a similar role
  3. Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
