Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare and present dishes to our guests.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to prepare and present dishes.
  • Estimate costs and plan menus to ensure we are meeting our budget and quality standards.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of our culinary operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality dishes.

Language:

The primary language of work is English, with the option to work in French.
