About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Zendesk Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, onboarding customers to our WFM solution, and helping them achieve success with our tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture customer relationships and build trust through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Onboard new customers to our WFM solution, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation
  • Help customers set and achieve their success criteria, and provide guidance on best practices for adoption
  • Meet and exceed targets, while also assisting in closing sales deals as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform successful success strategies
  • Attend and own account escalations until resolution, and mitigate churn risk through proactive measures
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in B2B
  • Proven track record of managing B2B accounts in previous roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in English
  • A team player with experience working remotely
  • Data-driven, with a focus on maintaining high CRM standards to identify improvements and understand success
