Strutta is Seeking a Customer Success Expert

We are looking for a skilled support delivery expert to join our Customer Success team for a one-year term. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling our diverse user base and partners as they develop social promotions using our online platform.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and support platforms
  • Work closely with users and partners to resolve issues and improve their experience
  • Stay up-to-date with our platform and provide expert guidance to users
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a support capacity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Experience working in a software environment and with support platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a self-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Quality Assurance/testing
  • Background in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing objectives
