Strutta is Seeking a Customer Success Expert
We are looking for a skilled support delivery expert to join our Customer Success team for a one-year term. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling our diverse user base and partners as they develop social promotions using our online platform.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and support platforms
- Work closely with users and partners to resolve issues and improve their experience
- Stay up-to-date with our platform and provide expert guidance to users
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a support capacity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Experience working in a software environment and with support platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a self-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Quality Assurance/testing
- Background in a SaaS environment
- Understanding of digital marketing objectives
