Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Zendesk, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, onboarding customers to our WFM solution, and helping them achieve their success criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture customer relationships and build trust through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
- Onboard new customers to our WFM solution, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation
- Help customers set and achieve their success criteria, providing guidance and support as needed
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, identifying and mitigating churn risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve customer outcomes
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in B2B
- Proven track record of managing B2B accounts and driving customer success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in English
- A team player with experience working remotely
