About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management Software (DMS) support team, you will provide expert training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers on our DMS software.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless software implementation and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and new features to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Travel to customer sites in Canada, the US, and the Caribbean to provide on-site training and support.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US up to 2 weeks per month
