Automotive Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Automotive Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our software platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs for customers on our DMS software
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and features
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the parts or service area
- 1-2 years' previous experience in a dealership environment or with PBS Systems
- High School Diploma
- Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
