Job Description

The HRIS Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join Tony's Fresh Market team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will provide clerical/administrative support to HR Managers and Business Partners, as well as the HRIS Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrator for the HR Information System (ADP)
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Process time-sensitive separations/terminations
  • Administer workflow management, ensuring team member status changes are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise between team members and the human resources team
  • Perform audits to evaluate the accuracy of workflows and status changes submitted by management
  • Verify I9 documents as needed
  • Create and issue Team Member badges and discounts cards for new hires
  • Maintain personnel records in paper and electronic format
  • Perform data entry on HRIS/ATS database
  • Safeguard confidential data and information
  • Receive, sort, and route mail, sending confidential documents via Federal Express/UPS delivery
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

This role requires sitting, standing, bending, stooping, and using hands to handle objects, tools, small objects, or controls. The ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs is also necessary. The work environment is typical of an office setting.
