We are seeking a seasoned HR System Optimization Manager to join our team at Procom. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our HR Technology systems, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Technology Management: Oversee the management of HR data, including employee information, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and reliable HR data through regular audits and reporting.
  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Manage system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades, including testing and validation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on HR metrics and trends.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HRIS or IT system/application management experience.
  • 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience, with Power BI preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based HRIS software, such as Ultimate Software UltiPro (UKG Pro).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • IT project management experience, including release management, process design, configuration, testing, and successful implementation.
  • Experience working in a human resources function, with a strong understanding of HR processes and interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively work with others, communicate verbally and in writing, and provide technical support.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and previous vendor management experience a plus.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
