About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy documentation, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
- Process and maintain accurate records of client correspondence, invoices, and other documents.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Manager and Client Executive(s) to ensure seamless client service.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain client information in our internal management system.
- Assist with accounting and premium finance tasks, including monitoring client accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field.
- Level 2 license (insurance designation, CIP or CAIB preferred) or working towards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
