Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our client services department, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process service work orders, including verifying customer pricing and materials
  • Finalize work order data accuracy and status, ensuring proper customer PO information
  • Update and verify D365 service alerts for client pricing and other client-specific information
  • Review technician notes to ensure accurate billing
  • Support client services and operational departments with presentations and document preparation
  • Follow D365 company and department procedures
  • Coordinate with client service representatives and operational leadership to resolve billing and invoice issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in general administration and office environment
  • Basic accounting and accounts receivable knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized business systems

Professional Competencies:

  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume atmosphere and under minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to write clear correspondence and present information effectively

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and perform office tasks with manual dexterity
