Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our client services department, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process service work orders, including verifying customer pricing and materials
- Finalize work order data accuracy and status, ensuring proper customer PO information
- Update and verify D365 service alerts for client pricing and other client-specific information
- Review technician notes to ensure accurate billing
- Support client services and operational departments with presentations and document preparation
- Follow D365 company and department procedures
- Coordinate with client service representatives and operational leadership to resolve billing and invoice issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in general administration and office environment
- Basic accounting and accounts receivable knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized business systems
Professional Competencies:
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume atmosphere and under minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to write clear correspondence and present information effectively
Physical Demands:
- Ability to communicate effectively and perform office tasks with manual dexterity
