Senior Director, Asset Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to join our team at Dentalcorp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and optimizing our business practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement labor management strategies to drive improved labor performance and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and enhance business performance across various functions and departments.
- Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and performance, and develop sophisticated models and scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating emotional intelligence and persuasive communication skills to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and technology, and work closely with field teams and practices to execute optimization plans effectively across the network.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS is highly preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and quantitative methods. Proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling narratives and actionable insights. Proven track record of using data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, and a strong command of advanced analytics tools and techniques. Experience with other data manipulation and analysis software is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences. Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives and making data-driven recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
- Experience successfully partnering across multiple sites or locations to drive strategic practice optimization initiatives and ensure cohesive execution of plans.
