- Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating emotional intelligence and persuasive communication skills to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and technology. Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics processes.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS is highly preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within analytics, operations, or strategy, ideally in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading teams effectively is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and quantitative methods. Proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences. Experience in crafting and delivering presentations that drive action and align with strategic goals.
- Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities. Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives and making data-driven recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Experience successfully partnering across multiple sites or locations to drive strategic practice optimization initiatives and ensure cohesive execution of plans. Demonstrated ability to navigate and align diverse teams and stakeholders towards common goals in a healthcare or retail organization.
