Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS is highly preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within analytics, operations, or strategy, ideally in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading teams effectively is essential.
  3. Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and quantitative methods. Proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
  4. Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling narratives and actionable insights. Proven track record of using data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
  5. Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, and a strong command of advanced analytics tools and techniques. Experience with other data manipulation and analysis software is a plus.
  6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences. Experience in crafting and delivering presentations that drive action and align with strategic goals.
  7. A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify opportunities. Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives and making data-driven recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
  8. Experience successfully partnering across multiple sites or locations to drive strategic practice optimization initiatives and ensure cohesive execution of plans. Demonstrated ability to navigate and align diverse teams and stakeholders towards common goals in a healthcare or retail organization.
